2. Aren't several
businesses already doing this?
There's
nothing new about the field of document preparation services. There are
franchises available for between $50,000 and $150,000+ and you could pick
one . . . but why, when usDocuments offers you far more ways to generate a
large income for a fraction of this amount? Document preparation is
already a 100 billion dollar a year industry and growing FAST! Plus, other
companies keep growing - which tells you something about the future of this
powerful market.

3. What
about law firms? Will competition be a problem?
usDocuments
is a business with a unique mission in a market that is huge. As a
usDocuments Director, you can operate from your home office which will
eliminate rented office overhead. Plus, instead of having a team of
expensive lawyers on staff with a large payroll to meet, you can use our
central processing capability to meet the demand of available work. Compare
this business model to the large franchises and law firms with expensive
offices, bloated overhead and costly employees as the norm and it's easy to
see how we can offer a better service product, at far less money. The fact
is, the larger companies cannot be price competitive with a business like
usDocuments.

4. What kind of background does the typical usDocuments Director have?
There is no
specific background requirement to become a usDocuments Director, however,
those who have had some previous business experience, or have a paralegal
background such as a legal secretary, or even as a tax preparer or
real-estate broker, will be found as usDocuments business operators. The key
to success is to have a winning attitude and the desire to be successful.

How do I find document preparation Agents?
We suggest
that you place one of the advertisements outlined in the marketing materials
in one of your local newspapers. You can also approach your friends and

become a Stage-1 Pre-Franchise operator?
The cost to

should be much more than the cost for a town like Napa, California.

the available territories. Bidders who have not registered will be

12. Why must I use eBay
to bid on a territory?
Again, in
order to keep costs as low as possible, we hope to reach as many people as

to search and study the available opportunities including those offered
through eBay.

First you

supplies.
